Yesterday grade six had a vow of silence to raise money for the children in Africa with no voice. Many younger grades donated and were silent to raise money and awareness. The goal of this project is to raise enough money for kids to have a voice and have there basic human rights.it was very hard for us because some little kids were trying to make us talk by tapping us calling us names. The grade six class made it through barely though because It was extremely hard not to talk for a whole 24 hours. But I am proud to say that we raised some money to make a child somewhere have a voice and  there basic human rights to education a voice clean water and food.
