What happened: A black man was not allowed to get good seats in a theater because he was black. The black man took matters to court and the judge said "the theater gets to choose who gets the seats!"
This is unjust because in the Canadian charter of rights and freedoms every one back or white should be treated the same way.
It was against the Charter of rights and every person should be treated like every body else.
This is something that I wouldn't think would happen today, but its possible that somebody may offend another person like that today
