in 1918 a Quebec man was not allowed to sit in a good seat at a play because it was considered the "good" area just because he was black.  the man tried to take it to court but the court decided that it was the theaters seats so they could choose who could sit there.

this is not fair because people should not be judged or made fun of just because they have a different skin  couler. just because they look different doesn't mean that your any worse or better than any one  else and we are all different and unique in our own different way.

I think that it was against the the charter rights and freedoms because they were not letting that man have any thing good or have any good things just because he is black.

I don't think that it would happen to day because people don't think that just because they have a different skin couler and most people think that just because there skin couler is different dosent mean that there any different
