Was athenian government fair Mats

I don't think it was fair because the citizens we not treated equally.some were slaves and some were not people that were born in atheneum did no have to become a slave women, slaves and metics were not free but they were born in athens.They should of let every one be free and slaves also have to work while everybody else can have fun but they can't.They should of been more fair they let every vote but most people were slaves they also said that men technically own women which doesn't seem very fair. Women, slaves and metics couldn't vote, own property and they couldn't participate in politics. Athenian democracy gave every single citizen a fair chance to be the leader, to vote, and to have their voice heard. However, they excluded most people.
